In this workshop for aerialists and non-aerialists, learn conditioning exercises that specifically target shoulders, core, and legs in exercises that improve strength, coordination, flexibility, and muscle activation. These exercises will help aerial students working on inversion progressions (on the ground, in the air or straight arm). The class will utilize the aerial fabrics but also teach simple exercises that can be done at home or in the gym. All levels welcome, as exercises can be scaled toward any body!
