Prenatal Yoga is the perfect way to prepare your body, mind, and spirit for your new baby. In this class you'll learn breathing techniques that will focus and clarify, useful for the challenges of pregnancy and the intensity of childbirth. Yoga postures are taught that help you find ease and relief from common pregnancy aches and pains. Each class will end with restorative postures, essential oils, and simple massage techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life. Share stories with other pregnant women and find support in our local community of mothers. All stages of pregnancy welcome!

Postnatal Private Lessons
Celebrate the mothers-to-be in your life with a postnatal yoga gift! This special package includes:
4 - 1 hr home visits in the weeks following birth, includes individualized yoga sequences to help the body heal and prepare for the intensity of caring for your child and family.
2 - Personalized yoga videos that will fit into your busy schedule, including ways to incorporate your baby into your practice, tips for better baby feeding posture, and movement sequences that increase energy, build stamina, and relieve common aches and pains.
1 - Lavender eye pillow for increased relaxation during those short but blissful naps!
Private lessons are perfect for new mothers, both before and after baby arrives! A physical yoga practice can help prepare the body for birth, find relief from aches and pain, help recover from labor, and guide you into your postpartum body. Pranayama and Meditation techniques help you cope with the intensity of labor, and later, help you transition into the challenges of motherhood. Postpartum lessons are supplemented with short video sequences that you can fit into your busy life. As you care for another, it is vital that you continue to care for yourself!
